Cancellation requests must be made before work has commenced on the project.
Once the work has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund.
If a project is canceled due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

Full Refund: If cancellation is requested before any work has begun.
Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested after partial completion of the project. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed.
No Refund: Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for services that require upfront third-party costs (e.g., licensing fees, hosting services, or software subscriptions).
No refunds will be provided for delays caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary materials or approvals on time.
In the case of force majeure events, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Process
